Many of our creations have won the hearts of gourmets around the world. Particularly our legendary Brändli Bomb has made a name for itself way over the borders of Switzerland. One of our most famous customers was H.M. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother who had Brändli Bombs delivered to her for years.

At lunchtime, our kitchen provides freshly made warm and cold dishes daily. Our salads, with the famous Brändli salad sauce are especially popular. The refreshing Brändli Ice Tea is also well-known in the area.
The Tea Room in Aarau is a history-charged place of relaxation and getting together. At the beginning of last century our guests met there to listen to the radio – a rare novelty in those days – to hear and discuss the latest news. Many couples met and fell in love here because for a long time, the Brändli Tea Room was a popular place for a rendezvous. In 2013 it was selected by the Swiss Heimatschutz (Heritage) as one of the most beautiful Swiss Cafés and Tea Rooms.
