The Brändli Bombe, our most famous creation, pampers your senses with a dark ganache heart, which we work into special marzipan and cover with the finest couverture, interspersed with carefully roasted slivers of almonds. The recipe of the noble marzipan is top secret.

The Brändli Bombe was invented in 1924 on the occasion of the Federal Shooting Festival in Aarau and has since conquered the hearts of gourmets all over the world. Queen Mum of England was our most famous customer. She was happy to offer her guests Brändli Bomben with royal tea. The design of the packaging comes from the Swiss graphic master Celestino Piatti.
