The Brändli Bombe, our most famous creation, pampers your senses with a noble heart of dark ganache, which we incorporate into special marzipan and cover with a delicate couverture made from milk chocolate, reinforced with slivers of carefully roasted almonds.
The recipe for this exquisite marzipan remains a well-kept secret. Since its creation in 1924, the Brändli Bombe has won the hearts of gourmets around the world. One of our most famous customers was H.M. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother who had Brändli Bomben delivered to her for years and served them generously for the royal afternoon tea.
The design of the packaging is also worth mentioning. It was created by Swiss graphic design master Celestino Piatti.
