The exquisite Opéra Cake is one of our latest creations. It consists of a jaconde and almond biscuit cake soaked in coffee and Kahlua, almond and nut nougat filling, mocha butter cream, crunchy chocolate and a beautiful chocolate mirror glaze. The golden decoration is the highlight of this delicacy for many of our customers.
